- You agree not to misuse forms, attempt unauthorised access, upload malware, scrape content abusively, or interfere with website security.

- Information on the website is for general guidance. Final service scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed only in a formal quote/booking.
3. Enquiries and Quotations
- Submitting a quote form or calling us does not create a confirmed booking.
- Quotes are estimates based on details you provide (locations, volume, service type, access conditions, dates). Actual charges may change after survey or if details change.
- We may request additional information, photos, inventory lists, or an on-site/virtual survey before confirming rates.
- Quotes remain valid only for the period stated in our communication (or a reasonable period if not stated).
4. Bookings and Customer Responsibilities
When you confirm a booking, you agree to:
- Provide accurate pickup/delivery addresses, contact numbers, and inventory/shipment details
- Ensure access for loading/unloading (permissions, parking, elevators, narrow lanes, etc.)
- Declare fragile, high-value, hazardous, illegal, or restricted items before packing/loading
- Be present (or authorise a representative) at pickup and delivery for inventory checks and handover
- Pay agreed charges as per the booking terms and payment schedule
We reserve the right to refuse carriage of illegal, hazardous, perishable (unless pre-agreed), or improperly packed items.
5. Service Scope
Depending on the selected service, we may provide packing, loading, transport, unloading, basic furniture dismantling/reassembly, vehicle carrier movement, and/or storage. Any extras (special crating, long-carry, stair carry, odd-hour moves, waiting charges, demurrage, octroi/tolls where applicable, or third-party permits) may be charged separately if applicable and communicated.
6. Delivery Timelines
Estimated transit times are indicative and depend on distance, route conditions, weather, traffic, vehicle availability, and regulatory restrictions. We work to deliver as scheduled but do not guarantee exact arrival times in every case. We will keep you informed of material delays where reasonably possible.
7. Insurance and Liability
- Transit insurance may be available as an optional add-on, subject to insurer terms and declared value.
- Unless insurance is opted and confirmed in writing, our liability for loss/damage (if any) is limited as per the specific booking agreement and applicable law.
- Claims require timely written notice, supporting documents, and inspection as reasonably requested.
- We are not liable for delays or losses caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, riots, accidents beyond control, government restrictions, etc.).
- Pre-existing damage, owner-packed items without proper packing standards, and concealed contents not disclosed may be excluded from liability.
8. Payments, Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Payment terms (advance/balance) will be shared at booking confirmation.
- Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Charges may apply for costs already incurred (labour booking, vehicle allotment, packing materials, travel).
- Non-payment or bounced payments may result in suspension of service or retention rights as permitted by law and booking terms.
9. Storage and Warehousing
Where storage is booked, goods are held subject to storage charges, access rules, and any insurance option selected. Unclaimed goods after notice and expiry of agreed storage may be handled as per applicable law and our written notice process.
10. Privacy
Personal information submitted through the website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Third-Party Services and Advertisements
The website may use third-party tools (hosting, maps, analytics, Google Ads tags). We are not responsible for third-party platforms’ independent terms or outages beyond our reasonable control.
12. Limitation of Website Liability
